Black Lotus Chaos Orb clear Puzzle sealed translucent transparent

Description

In 1996 Ultra Pro commenced a contest called Black Lotus Quest.
Anybody who collected nine pieces of an oversized Black Lotus or Chaos Orb card could send them in to win $ 250 US or $ 100 US respectively.
The puzzle cards were inserted randomly in some Deck Protector card sleeve boxes and nine-pocket page refill packs.
All of them are equally common with the exception of Chaos Orb piece #7 and Black Lotus piece #9 which are ultra-rare.

The contest ended on the 30th of June in 1997, but not all complete puzzles were sent in.

At least 3 Complete Black Lotus and 9 Chaos Orb sets are known to exist. It is not known, how many of the 2 rare pieces are in the wild precisely either in collections, in sealed Ultra Pro Decks or pages, etc.
